Rules for permitted AI content

1. Basic rule

AI Model Social is intended only for the legal, consenting and transparently marked use of AI personas. Each persona must be clearly fictitious and of legal age. If the appearance, text or context creates ambiguity about age, the content may not be processed or published.

2. Absolutely prohibited content

• any sexual or exploitative depiction of minors or persons of unclear age,
• intimate content without consent, blackmail, revenge porn or sexual deepfakes of real people,
• using the likeness, voice or identity of a real person without demonstrable authorization,
• human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, violence, hate speech or harassment,
• fraud, identity theft, impersonation, false endorsements or political manipulation,
• content that violates the law, intellectual property, privacy or rules of the target platform,
• instructions for bypassing moderation, identity verification, age gates or security restrictions.

3. Public Social Media

Auto-publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is limited to media marked and allowed by the system as "public SFW." Suggestive or adult content remains blocked for these publishing adapters regardless of the scheduled date.

4. Adult Platforms

Any future integration of an adult platform will be standalone, only after verifying the age and identity of the account holder, and only to the extent officially permitted by the platform. The absence of an official API or partnership may not be circumvented by automated login, password storage, or click simulation.

5. AI Transparency

User must enable and maintain the AI-generated or synthetic content label wherever required by law or the platform. The title, bio, caption, or conversation may not falsely claim that the fictional model is a real person.

6. Rights Check

Each media item confirms ownership or license, the persona's age, consent to use a recognizable likeness, and the absence of prohibited content. Checking is not a substitute for valid consent or license; proof must be retained by the user.

7. Enforcement and Appeal

Content may be suspended, restricted, or removed, and the account may be temporarily or permanently blocked. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the platform or the competent authority, if required by law. The user may request a review via Account Support or in writing to the operator.

8. No guarantee of approval

Compliance with this policy does not guarantee that the post will be accepted by the social network. Each platform applies its own rules, automated checks and decisions.
