Privacy policy

1. What data do we process

• name, email and customer account identifier,
• billing data and subscription status, not full payment card data,
• AI model, social account and autopilot settings,
• photos, videos, texts and metadata uploaded by the user,
• authorization tokens and technical data of connected platforms,
• security, error and audit logs,
• a daily anonymized technical fingerprint of visits to the public homepage,
• messages sent to support and legal requests.

For basic traffic measurement, we do not store the IP address or any identifier that could track a visitor across different days. We do not collect social-network passwords, SMS verification codes, or documents submitted directly to a platform.

2. Data sources

We obtain data directly from the user, from their use of the service and — after authorization — from connected social platforms. We receive the billing status from the payment provider. The operator's public business details come from the Register of Legal Entities and the Trade Register.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of the contract: account, onboarding, library, AI Studio, planning, publishing, invoicing and support.
• Legal obligations: accounting, taxes, complaints and cooperation with public authorities.
• Legitimate interest: security, prevention of abuse, diagnostics, defense of legal claims and basic operational measurement.
• Consent: optional marketing messages or optional cookies, if introduced later.

4. Recipients and providers

To the extent necessary, data may be processed by providers of hosting, database and storage, ChatGPT login, AI processing, payments, emails and social networks chosen by users. Only the extent necessary for the activated function is transferred to each provider. A currently inactive provider does not receive data simply because it is listed on the website.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology or social media providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers will take place only under a valid GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and with appropriate supplementary safeguards.

6. How long we retain data

Account data and content are retained while the account is active and afterwards only for the period needed for secure deletion, backups, resolving claims, or a legal obligation. Payment and accounting records are retained for the statutory period. An authorization token is removed or invalidated after an account is disconnected unless a technical or legal obligation prevents this. Security records are retained only for a reasonable period needed to investigate incidents. Daily anonymized traffic records are automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. The request can be submitted via Account Support, according to data deletion instructions, at support@aimodelsocial.com or in writing to the address of the controller. You have the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Automated processing

AI generates identity suggestions, texts, hashtags and terms and can assist with security classification. These functions do not themselves make decisions that would have legal or similarly significant effects on the user. A serious account restriction must have an available redress mechanism.

9. Security

We use customer data segregation, authorization management, encryption of sensitive tokens, audit trails and secure media deletion. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security; in the event of an incident, we proceed in accordance with legal reporting obligations.

10. Cookies

The current version uses only technologies required for sign-in, security, and operation of the application. Basic counting of visits to the public homepage works without analytics cookies and without storing the IP address. Details are in Cookie Policy. Optional analytics or marketing cookies may not be launched before the appropriate consent.

11. Children and prohibited content

The service is not intended for persons under the age of 18. The persona may not display or imply minors. Suspicion of content relating to minors leads to the blocking of processing and action in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
