Deleting user data

1. How to request deletion

A logged-in user can submit a request via the Support section in AI Model Social. The request can also be sent from the account email address to support@aimodelsocial.com with the subject "Deleting AI Model Social data".

2. What to include

• email address used in AI Model Social,
• name of AI model or workspace,
• whether you are requesting to delete the entire account or only the data of a specific Meta/TikTok connection.

Do not send your password, access token, SMS code or ID via email. If you need to verify account ownership, you will be provided with a secure procedure.

3. Scope of deletion

Upon verification, profile settings, uploaded media, drafts, publishing queue, social connections and authorization tokens to the extent of the request will be deleted or anonymized. Platform access can also be revoked directly in the Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings.

4. Deadlines and legal exceptions

We will acknowledge and process the request without undue delay within the statutory period. Accounting documents, evidence of consent, security records or data required for legal claims may only be retained for a mandatory or reasonable period. The applicant will be informed of any exceptions.

5. Data from Meta and TikTok

Disconnecting an account will stop the further use of its authorization token. A request to delete data obtained through a social platform will be processed in the same way. Some data stored directly by the platform must be deleted by the user in their account with that platform.
